hey y'all hope everyone's having a great day! super excited to try the new powder from MG! fairly new to MGM and I've been sleeping pretty good the first couple weeks when I switched from 7 to MGM. but now sleep has been rough. any tips on how much I should dose before bed. A typical dose for me is 60 to 80 mg and that's the last me 5 to 7 hours
